My girlfriend and I stopped in this agency on a Saturday when we were walking around center city. We first just asked for a brochure on a hotel that we had been researching on-line. I asked one of the agents if she new what the beach was like at the hotel and not only did she know how the beach was, she had just been there and was able to give us lots of information about the different rooms and restaurants. We ended up booking our trip that day in the office because Liberty only required a $150 deposit which is alot more then if we were going to book the trip on Orbitz like we were planning. I aslo liked the idea that I had someone to talk to while planning our excursions to places like Xcaret and the ruins. The service was great and the trip was fabulous. I highly reccomend these agents for help with your next trip - I also highly reccomend the hotel, Excellence Playa Mujeres for a great 5 star hotel in the Cancun area. The food was great the beach was nice and the rooms the best I have ever stayed in.

This was our first honeymoon and I very much looked forwarded to it. I booked it through Liberty Travel and have repeatedly regretted that I did. The tickets they purchased and mailed to me were not honored by the airport. We were initially put on a flight different from the one we paid for and then separated on our return flight home from Nice - an 8 eight hour flight. Mind you, we paid over $4,000 several months before. The representatives were not helpful and only told us what they could not do for us. We called them three times when we arrived at the airport, yet, no one was available to answer the phone or our questions. I strongly caution against using this agency. Just do it yourself or find another agency.

My husband and I used this Liberty Travel about a year before our wedding because we knew we wanted to have a destination wedding. Our representative was Ms. Mangam and she helped us every step of the way. She gave us many pamphlets and DVD's to help us decide if we wanted our wedding to be a family oriented spot or more couples only resort. And once we quickly discussed that, she helped us with the contact information with our resort wedding planner, and she even took on the task of package deals for all our friends and family that wished to attend - about eight people in total - and they lived between Philadelphia, Georgia, North and South Carolina. No one had any complaints of Ms. Mangam not responding to their phone calls, and I know my family called her Several times! Our wedding was on July 7, 2007 at a Sandals Resort, so there were many other couples and families booking up rooms for that date. We even had a friend who did not get her money to hold the slot in until about a few days before the wedding, and Ms. Mangam at Liberty STILL got her a resort and flight deal - when we all thought all hope was lost! We feel as though Liberty handled our itinerary very well. She constantly looked out for the best deals for us - she even got our room upgraded to a new section with the Sandals Resorts. We are returning to the Sandals in Antigua for our one year anniversary and I am definitely going to call Ms. Mangam to help us with our flight plans again! If it ain't broke - don't fix it!! :) ~
