ABOUT THE ARTIST

A graduate of Philadelphia’s University of the Arts, Mindy worked designing and painting murals for communities with the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network and The Philadelphia Department of Recreation. Springer has also been commissioned to paint murals for children’s rooms, spa rooms, bathrooms, and the Pennsauken middle school’s newly renovated library in Southern New Jersey. 

Springer currently resides in Collingswood, NJ. She sells her prints and paints murals for homes and businesses in the Delaware Valley (Custom Murals by Mindy Springer).

Mindy creates illustrative images, with the lighthearted air of whimsical surrealism. Nature, animals and her internal responses to her environment inspire her works of art. She weaves these elements together through a combination of introspection and humor, creating thought-provoking and quirky images.
